• Products: Customized “Heritage Box” models (Classic Oak, Carbon Elite, Steel). Final specifications, personalization engraving/text, color/finish are selected on the product page before checkout.

• Lead Time: Made-to-order. Production 7–14 business days. Dispatch after quality control.

• Prices & Taxes: Prices in USD; taxes/duties at destination are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

• Payments: Cards and other methods offered by our payment provider(s). Orders are accepted upon successful authorization.

• Shipping: Insured courier with tracking. Estimated transit 2–7 business days (country-dependent).

• Risk & Title: Risk passes on delivery. Title passes after full payment.

• Returns: Due to personalization, returns/cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed. Only manufacturing or transit damage is eligible for replacement (see Return Policy).

• Warranty: 12-month workmanship warranty. Misuse, wear, or unauthorized alterations are excluded.

• Personalization Content: Customer-provided engravings/texts must be lawful and non-infringing. We may refuse unlawful/obscene content.

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.

• Governing Law: Turkish law; disputes subject to Denizli courts unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.

• Ürünler: Kişiselleştirilmiş “Heritage Box” modelleri (Classic Oak, Carbon Elite, Steel). Gravür/kişiselleştirme ve kaplama, ödeme öncesi seçilir/onaylanır.

• Hazırlık Süresi: Siparişe özel üretim 7–14 iş günü. Kalite kontrol sonrası sevk.

• Fiyatlar & Vergiler: Fiyatlar USD. Aksi belirtilmedikçe gümrük/ithalat vergileri alıcıya aittir.

• Ödemeler: Ödeme hizmet sağlayıcıları üzerinden alınır; sipariş, başarılı provizyon ile kabul edilir.

• Kargo: Sigortalı kargo, takip numarası sağlanır. Teslimat 2–7 iş günü (ülkeye göre değişir).

• Risk & Mülkiyet: Risk teslimde geçer; mülkiyet tam ödeme ile geçer.

• İade/İptal: Kişiselleştirme nedeniyle sipariş onayından sonra iptal/iade yoktur. Sadece üretim veya taşıma kaynaklı hasarlarda yenisi ile değişim yapılır (İade Politikası).

• Garanti: 12 ay işçilik garantisi (kötü kullanım/aşınma/dışı müdahale hariç).

• Kişiselleştirme İçeriği: Müşteri metni hukuka uygun olmalıdır; uygunsuz içerikler reddedilebilir.

• Mücbir Sebep: Kontrolümüz dışı gecikmelerden sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

• Uyuşmazlık: Türk hukuku; zorunlu tüketici hükümleri saklı kalmak üzere Denizli mahkemeleri.
