Return & Cancellation policy

At KNGLS LLC, each product is custom-made and personalized.

Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted once an order is confirmed.

Replacement Policy

  • Products are only eligible for replacement in the event of damage during production or shipping.

  • To qualify for replacement, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing photo evidence of the damage.

  • Once verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

Final Sale Policy

  • Since all products are bespoke and made-to-order, all sales are final.
