At KNGLS LLC, each product is custom-made and personalized.
Therefore, cancellations or returns are not accepted once an order is confirmed.
Replacement Policy
Products are only eligible for replacement in the event of damage during production or shipping.
To qualify for replacement, customers must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, providing photo evidence of the damage.
Once verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
Final Sale Policy
Since all products are bespoke and made-to-order, all sales are final.
